Northern California HFMA 2020

Come join us at the Northern California HFMA Spring Conference! Jonathan Bradley will be speaking on March 16th in a session that will be "of interest to anyone who wants to better understand their potential role in the transformation of the healthcare delivery system, beginning with a clear definition of 'value'."

Provider organizations are under increasing pressure to reduce the overall cost of care while maintaining margins and financial sustainability. Recent market research helps to clarify the definition of “value” as perceived by financial sponsors (employers and government programs) and consumers. We will describe how that value can best be delivered by hospitals and health systems, physician groups, and administrators (health plans and TPAs.) This session will address:

  • How value is defined by the end customer
  • What an optimal value-based delivery model that aligns the financial and operational interests of all stakeholders looks like
  • How to achieve financial sustainability while reducing average revenue per patient
  • Critical capabilities required to succeed in a value-based world
  • Changing the relationship between payors and providers
