Kim Whitley

Kim Whitley is an executive healthcare leader with over 18 years’ experience within integrated health systems, standalone clinics, the nursing home industry and digital health solutions. Her experience spans all types of service providers and insurance products with operational depth in all areas.  Before becoming a healthcare management consultant, Kim was the Chief Operating Officer of a health plan associated with a large multi-hospital system in Oregon.  Kim’s recent consulting work includes care management implementations, claims system cutover management, provider contract reviews and payment accuracy assessments, as well as value-based payment structure design, strategies and mechanisms to achieve better payer, provider alignment and patient outcomes.
